Air Options was appointed to undertake the supply and installation of a high grade “Exposed” installation for a 3-storey office refurbishment.
Works consisted the supply and installation of 5x Mitsubishi Electric VRF systems connecting to multiple ducted type units.
Installation also required the fitment of heat recovery ventilation units serving each of the floors and local extraction from toilets.
We where also involved in the BMS integration of the building mechanical services.
The installation being exposed was completed to the highest standards and included the use of specialist “twin wall” thermally insulated spiral ductwork, designed to retain a standard duct finish, however, benefit from no risk of condensing in cooling operation.
