Since 2018 Air Options have been carrying out regular planned HVAC maintenance at an Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering Centre located in Essex. This state-of-the-art facility, purpose built to nurture and grow the next generation of engineers specializing in aerospace and civil engineering required a high quality HVAC maintenance regime comprising two visits per annum at six monthly intervals, to a Mitsubishi air conditioning system and multiple Mitsubishi Lossnay heat recovery ventilation units.
The Mitsubishi Lossnay heat recovery system is critical in supplying fresh air to their ground floor open plan office whilst removing the old, stale air. It was a request of the customer that maintenance of the Mitsubishi MVHR systems was to exceed the manufacturers already highly stipulated recommendations ensuring the system remains as clean as practically possible throughout its working life, whilst reducing the likelihood of future breakdowns and repairs further down the line.
We closely communicate with the client to ensure we attend on days when we will cause minimal disruption to their business activities whilst maximising our efficiency in ensuring the best service possible. Since starting this bespoke maintenance regime to the Mitsubishi MVHR and air conditioning system, our customer has found the HVAC system as a whole to be very reliable for their staff and students, whilst noticeably improving their working environment.
