As a leading call centre facility for a large insurer, Equity House in Colchester had a very specific requirement for their heat pump, ventilation and air conditioning package given the call centre was to be densely populated.
Air Options used its considerable experience to install an upgraded water cooled chiller manufactured by Climaveneta within the buildings underground car park, with a further installation of a new boiler and associated services to the adjacent plant room.
All were fitted with the minimum of fuss and disruption to the business allowing our client to continue with their works unhindered.
The system features a textile ductwork arrangement in the upper floors delivering clean, quiet heating and conditioned air to the call centre.
The textile ductwork arrangement has been correctly engineered to deliver the air in a silent and draught free manner, which is key for a densely populated area such as this.
Once again all systems were fitted with minimal disruption, on time and to budget.
