When it comes to managing a business, the servicing and maintenance of air conditioning systems often gets overlooked until it’s too late, leading to costly downtime, and repairs that could have otherwise been avoided.
At Air Options, we understand this and can provide air conditioning servicing and maintenance on a one-off, ad-hoc, or on-going basis, to suit your businesses budget, no matter who initially installed your system.
As one of Southern England’s leading air conditioning service & maintenance providers, Air Options have been providing air conditioning servicing & maintenance services since 1995 and have built an unsurpassed reputation for our reliability and professionalism, setting us apart from the majority of our competition.
As a business, we are incredibly proud to say that we are accredited to the highest industry standards and manufacturer approved air conditioning servicing partners for Daikin, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Samsung, and Toshiba, among many others.
On the ground, all of our fully employed air conditioning servicing & maintenance engineers are City & Guilds qualified, F-Gas qualified, SKILLcard certified, IPAF certified, and PASMA certified. They have also undertaken training courses in asbestos awareness, manual handling, workplace first aid, ladder safety and safely working at height, ensuring competence and providing complete peace of mind.
Following your contact form or email, or during your initial telephone enquiry, the friendly team within our dedicated servicing & maintenance department will want to ask you some questions about the nature of your job and seek to understand whether your business is looking for one-off, ad-hoc, or on-going servicing and maintenance. More details around on-going maintenance can be found on our air conditioning servicing & maintenance packages page.
At point of first telephone contact, we will also look to ascertain the make and model of the unit to be serviced, the type of building it services, and any special considerations with respect to access. We do this to gain as much information as possible about your requirements and the nature of your job, ahead of time.
Once we have established the particulars of the job at hand, our office staff will then look to book a maintenance call at the earliest date and time that is convenient to you, allocating one of our specialist air conditioning servicing & maintenance engineers as they do so.
Then, at the previously agreed date and time, one of our air conditioning servicing & maintenance specialists will then attend your premises to commence with the servicing of your air conditioning system, covering a list of key considerations based upon your system manufacturers guidelines and any special considerations with respect to your system’s application.
Most of our maintenance calls are completed on our first visit but can sometimes take longer depending upon the size of the system being serviced, the application it services, the system’s location, or unforeseen issues leading to a repair.
Here at Air Options, we always aim to provide affordable air conditioning servicing & maintenance. However, should you receive a better quote from another reputable air conditioning servicing & maintenance company, our price promise means that we can’t be beaten on price for the quality of service we offer.
