At point of first telephone contact, the friendly team within our dedicated installation department will want to ask you some questions about your requirements, the type of building you own or lease and if there are any special considerations with respect to access.
Following this, our office staff will then contact you again to arrange a meeting between yourselves and our surveyors, booking a sales meeting at a date and time that is convenient to you.
At the previously agreed date and time, one of our surveyors will then visit your premises to discuss your requirements in greater detail and perform a discrete survey, the data from which is used to inform our design process.
Following the sales meeting, our surveyor will ligase directly with our in-house design team who will then create a design of the system to be installed. Once this has been completed, and priced, we will then provide you with our quote.
If you are happy to proceed, we will then advise of the earliest possible commencement date and allocate a dedicated project manager to oversee you’re the rest of your installation project, moving forward.
From commencement of the works, our project manager and highly skilled air conditioning installation engineers will work seamlessly to deliver a first-class installation, which comes in on time and within our originally quoted price.
Finally, once the system has been fully installed, commissioned and tested, our project manager will complete the system handover and is even able to provide training on how to use your new system, should you require.
