Sales Meeting
At the previously agreed date & time, our surveyor will arrive at your premises to discuss your requirements in greater detail and conduct a discreet but thorough survey, the data from which is then passed to our in-house design engineers.
Design & Quote
Using the data gathered our surveyor, our design engineers will then work to create a bespoke system design that is unique to your building and application. Our system design directly informs our quoted price and allows us to provide a timescale for your installation prior to commencement.
Project Commencement
Following acceptance of our quote, we will first seek to arrange a convenient date for the site work to begin. We always try our best to book this in-line with your requirements. Once a date has been confirmed, we then allocate a dedicated project manager to oversee the rest of the project moving forward.
Project Management
Once appointed, our dedicated project manager will oversee all aspects of your project ensuring that nothing is left to chance and that all works are managed safely and efficiently, providing complete peace of mind.
Works on Site
On site, our fully employed installation engineers pride themselves on working to get the job done to the highest professional standards and will work under guidance of the project manager to complete their work with the least amount of disruption to your business.
System Handover
Once the site works have been completed, our project manager will then arrange the handover of your system documentation and can even provide training on how to operate and get the best from your new system should you require.
